Whether you purchase a Hillstone firewall product from us or from one of our authorized resellers, you can receive dependable, high-quality support on site. You may purchase on-site support services when you buy your product or later. Choose the response time that best suits your needs, and get on-site support in as little as two hours or less. If you obtain your product through one of our partners, that partner delivers the first level of support, while the Hillstone technical team provides the second level. Service coverage duration is 365 days for products under warranty or with a valid license.
