Prohibition on Name Use and Endorsement: You shall not use the names, trade names, trademarks, or service marks of the “Original Authors” of the LGPLv3.0 Components to promote, market, or endorse your products, services, or business, whether explicitly or implicitly, in a manner that suggests endorsement or sponsorship by the Original Authors.

Trademark Use Restrictions: This Statement does not grant you any rights to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, or names of the “Original Authors”. You may not use the trademarks of the “Original Authors” in the naming or promotion of your modified versions of the software, unless such use constitutes fair use as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Liability and Prohibition of Joint Liability:

a. Prohibition of Pursuing Joint Liability: You expressly understand and agree that you shall not seek to hold the “Original Authors” of the LGPLv3.0 Components jointly or severally liable for any defects, errors, or malfunctions in the Software or the LGPLv3.0 Components. Each contributor is solely responsible for their own contributions.

b. Scope of Liability: The LGPLv3.0 Components are provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the “Original Authors” expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Compliance with the LGPLv3.0 Agreement: Any modification, reverse engineering (such as necessary reverse engineering for debugging modifications), redistribution, or dissemination of the LGPLv3.0 Components contained within this Software must strictly comply with all terms of the LGPLv3.0 license. Hillstone Networks Co.,Ltd., and all contributors and rights holders of the LGPLv3.0 Components contained in this Software make no warranties or representations regarding the functionality, reliability, accuracy, or performance of the Software. Any potential risks associated with the Software shall be solely borne by the user.

IV. Miscellaneous

This Statement is formulated in accordance with the terms of LGPLv3.0 and shall be interpreted together therewith. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Statement and the terms of LGPLv3.0 with respect to the LGPLv3.0 Components, the terms of LGPLv3.0 shall prevail.
