Hillstone device supports the cloud service, which is named as StoneCloud. As shown in the picture below, Hillstone devices and StoneCloud communicates with each other. After receiving the information from Hillstone devices, the StoneCloud analyzes the information, and then push the analyzed data back to Hillstone devices. Thus, all the users with StoneCloud enabled will share the result. What's more, the StoneCloud extends the security defense from local to the cloud, giving you an advanced, quickly and special security protection.
Currently, StoneCloud supports the cloud application identification service, which enhances the application identification capability on Hillstone devices (both the accuracy and performance are improved). You can get a much better experience when using the functions based on application identification. The cloud application identification database is generated by the cloud application identification service, and it updates automatically.
