1、Basic Social Insurance
In accordance with the national relevant regulations, company insures the employees through the following insurances: pension insurance, health insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance for our staffs.

2、Additional Health Insurance
To make employees free from any worries, company purchases the additional health insurance for each employee. Employees can receive reimbursement of 90% clinic fee and 100% fee in hospital.

3、Accident Insurance
In order to reduce the venture, company purchases the accident insurance for each employee.

4、Health Insurance for Children of Employees
Reimburse 50% of children's medical expenses for each employee.

5、Housing Fund
In accordance with the national relevant regulations, the contribution rates by the employer and the employee are both 12% for Beijing municipal housing fund.

6、Annual Medical Examination 
Company arranges medical examination for employees once a year

7、Paid Leave
Employees can take 12 days off with salary paid per year.
