MR. Jian Tong obtained the B.S. degree in Radio and Electronics of Tsinghua University in 1991. And at the same year, he joined Tsinghua Unisplendour, working as the system engineer and the manager of R&D department. In 1996, he went to NetScreen Technologies, USA, serving as the manager of Hardware R&D department and then the Director. In 2004, after the merger of NetScreen Technologies and Juniper Networks, he came back to China and established Juniper Beijing R&D Center, and he worked as the General Manager and Senior Director of R&D.

MR. Tim Liu obtained the B.S. degree in physics of University of Science and Technology of China in 1987, and obtained the D.S. degree in physics of The University of Texas at Austin in 1993. In 1993, he joined Convex Computer, working as the development engineer. In 1995, he went to Intel and served as the senior development engineer. In 2000, he joined Enfashion, and as the development director, he led the development team to develop the Website application programs. In 2001, he was the senior development engineer in Silvan Networks, responsible for the development of storage module in CDN. In 2002, he went to NetScreen Technologies. With the merge of NetScreen Technologies and Juniper Networks, he served as the senior development engineer and senior development manager in sequence, in charge of the VPN development and design of NetScreen series security products.

| MR. Ning Mo obtained the B.S. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science of University of Science and Technology of China in 1995, and obtained the MS degree of University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997. In 1997, he joined CiscoSystems, serving as software engineer, senior staff software engineer and manager of software design department in sequence. In 2003, he went to NetScreen Technologies and worked as the senior manager of software development. After the combination of NetScreen and Juniper Networks, he participated in setting up Juniper Beijing R&D Center and was in charge of product development. |

| Dongping Luo (Vice President and Co-founder) |

| MR. Dongping Luo obtained the B.S. degree and MS degree in 1988 and 1990 respectively from the Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. And in 1995, he obtained the MS degree of University of California. In 1995, he joined Sypress Semiconductor. In 1998, he joined NetScreen Technologies, working as the ASIC design engineer, senior ASIC design engineer, senior staff ASIC design engineer, manager and senior manager of ASIC design group. After the combination of NetScreen and Juniper Networks, he served as the senior manager to manage the ASIC group and hardware group. |

| MR. Jason Zhao has more than 12 years technical experience in networking and security industries. He served as the technical director of Great China Group in Fortinet, and the technical director of CipherTrust China and NetScreen China during 2000 – 2007. He successfully promoted the NetScreen products to telecommunication, banks and large and media enterprises, and made it the first security brand in Chinese market. He also worked in IBM, SUN Microsystems as the technical consultant during 1997-2000. |

| MR. Zhong Wang obtained the B.S. degree in electronic engineering and applied mathematics of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1997, and obtained the MS degree in electronic engineering of Sichuan University in 2001. In 2000, he joined DSET Technology Chengdu R&D center, working as a software engineer, in charge of the development of DSET distributed system. In 2001, he joined NetScreen Technologies, serving as the senior software design engineer. After the combination of NetScreen Technologies and Juniper Networks, he participated in setting up Juniper Beijing R&D Center and built the ScreenOS China R&D team. And he was the senior software engineer and software architecture engineer. |

Group, serving as the sales manager and manager of product business department in call center. In 2005, he joined Shenzhen Macrosoft Computer Tech. Co.,Ltd and served as the vice manager to manage the sales business in all aspects. In 2006, he became the region manager of the great south China district in Fortinet. And he also successfully set up the south China channel system. |
