Government because of its nature has high requirements on data security. Data leakage, hacker intrusion, misuse of network resources and virus all may cause significant damage. Nowadays, e-government construction is underway for all levels of government. More and more government functions are conducted through the network. Even though great emphasis has been put on network security, the government network is still facing many challenges.
