Feng Deng
 
Feng co-founded Northern Light Venture Capital in 2005, a China focused fund. He has more than 15 years of technical and managerial experience in the computer, communication and data networking industries. In 1997, Feng co-founded NetScreen Technologies, and served as the Vice President of Engineering, Chief Strategy Officer and Board member. NetScreen went public on NASDAQ in 2001 and was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004 for $4 billion. From 2004 to 2005, Feng served as VP of Corp. Strategy at Juniper Networks. Feng was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002 and the Innovator of the Year award in 2003. Prior to founding NetScreen, Feng worked at Intel Corp. Feng holds a MS degree in computer engineering from the University of Southern California, a MS degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, and a MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds five U.S. patents in computer system architecture and IC design. Feng serves on the Board of Directors of Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association (HYSTA), and is a board member of the Tsinghua University Foundation.
 
Wei Guo
 

MR. Wei Guo graduated from University of Science and Technology of China with a Master Degree majoring in Management. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital China Holdings Limited (“Digital China”). Since the Digital China’s spin-off from Legend in 2000, he led it to carry out a second undertaking and tried to promote it to be the first brand for Chinese IT service. Under his leadership, Digital China has developed to be the leading enterprise in Chinese IT industry with competitive advantages in various fields including supply chain management service, value-added service and IT service. Digital China has become the first rankings in the service for the distribution of Chinese IT products and the supply with specialty for IT service in China.

MR. Wei Guo attaches importance to the integration of management practices and theories. From the Theory of Four Stages for E-Commerce in 2001 to the idea of IT Serving China in 2002 with the following theories such as IT Service, Being Motivated by Demand, Holding IT Service as the Key Link to Promote other links, Blue Ocean Strategy for the Transformation into a Service-Oriented Enterprise, which have become the important guiding approaches for the development of Chinese E-commerce and enforcement of Chinese Enterprises’ Management. He also put forward the upside-down triangle structure for serving enterprises, 4S system for innovation-oriented organization, the three-stage theory for the development of talents, and the theory of team building with entrepreneurial spirit.

MR. Wei Guo’s contributions to IT development in China have earned him many prestigious awards including: First Gold Medal of Management and Innovation for Chinese Yong Entrepreneurs (2005), China’s Top Ten Outstanding Youths (2002), Chinese Future Economic Leaders (2003), Practical and Outstanding Youths of Achievement (2002), etc.

Meanwhile, he is engaged in many important social affiliations including the Standing Committee member of All-China Federation of Youths, Vice President of The Chinese Association of Young Entrepreneurs, Vice President of China Youth Association for Science and Technology, Vice President of the Youth Federation of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

 
Yong Guo
 

MR. Yong Guo is an executive director of the CMT IM, primarily responsible for IT related investments. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Hillstone Networks, Inc. and Palm Commerce Holdings Co., Ltd. He is also a board observer of UIM Holdings Inc.

MR. Yong Guo obtained a B.S. degree in computer science from Southeast University in Nanjing, China, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

Prior to CMT, MR. Yong Guo co-founded MobiVest Investment Limited primarily focus on the early-stage mobile and Internet related investment opportunities. Before that, he served as Vice President in charge of business development for iSoftStone Technology Inc. first and later same role for PRCEDU.
 
Tao Tian
 

MR. Tao Tian holds a B.S. degree of Shaanxi University of Technology and an EMBA of National University of Singapore.
MR. Tao Tian currently is the board member of Beijing Xintong Media and Cultural Investment Co., Ltd., and the board chairman of Beijing WuxianXunqi Information and Technology Co., Ltd..

 
Jian Tong
 

MR. Jian Tong obtained the B.S. degree in Radio and Electronics from Tsinghua University in 1991. And at the same year, he joined Tsinghua Unisplendour, working as the system engineer and the manager of R&D department. In 1996, he went to NetScreen Technologies, USA, serving as the manager of Hardware R&D department and then the Director. In 2004, after the merger of NetScreen Technologies and Juniper Networks, he came back to China and established the Juniper Beijing R&D Center, and he worked as the General Manager and Senior Director of R&D.
